Arturo Luis Fernandez Rivero

Arturo founded Odin to bring structured, institutional-caliber analysis to owners, investors, and operators who don’t otherwise have access to it. He leads Odin’s real-estate, capital-readiness, market-research, and workflow-design engagements, with work centered on acquisition screening, underwriting review, lender and investor materials, cross-border market questions, and structured decision support.
